It was my first time visiting this place as a truck driver, and I was thrilled to discover that they had a storefront. I’ve been delivering their products for quite some time now, and I must say, their sundae was absolutely delicious! Thank you, Ghirardelli!

They jumped on the “inflation” bandwagon, prices have been steadily skyrocketing faster than inflation. Extremely expensive for an outlet store. $25 for a banana split which is not remarkable? I can buy the same chocolate much cheaper at CostCo or even Amazon. Pick any item and you can find it eat cheaper elsewhere than this outlet store.

Very cute store with lots of goodies. Chocolate fudge sundae was excellent. Service was good. A long complicated way to get there from Tracy.

Want to enjoy the famous Ghirardelli ice cream for less price? Check out this factory outlet. Good service, happy staff, plenty of parking spots, and no long lines (mostly). I wish they make mini version of all the ice creams....yummmm!!!

The location is not very ideal unless you are traveling nearby the area and also, there isn't much close by so, probably won't be a good idea to visit late at night. However, the service was exceptional. They did have a good variety of sweets in, and the service was rather quickly. However, the prices for the ice cream shakes and sundaes were moderately expensive, but the packed sweets were pretty cheap compared to local stores and a large variety t hat other stores don't carry in stock.
